During operation, the main motor of the precision punch drives the crankshaft to rotate through a gear, which drives the shaft to rotate through an elastic pin. The shaft transmits the speed to the electronic cam through an elastic coupling. Due to the installation of an elastic coupling on the electronic cam of the high-speed punch, the elastic coupling only transmits the torque on the shaft. Therefore, under any circumstances, it will not affect the electronic cam, thereby improving the monitoring accuracy of the precision punch electronic cam. There are significant safety hazards in single punch production: when the punch is used in conjunction with a single punch die for stamping production, the sheet metal is manually fed into the stamping die by manual labor. The operators are not only prone to scratches on the edges of the material, but also need to be particularly focused. Many times, they are not careful and their feet have already stepped on the foot switch, but their hands have not left the punch in time, resulting in personal injury from being pressed by the precision punch press. Therefore, the safety hazards in single punch production are extremely high.
Precision punching machines have low production efficiency and poor precision of finished products: When using a single punching die for stamping production, one operator can only operate one punching machine, and often requires multiple people to assist. The work intensity is extremely high, but the actual efficiency is very low. Only tens or hundreds of finished products are stamped with concentrated work every day, and due to the use of manual feeding to the punching machine, the feeding accuracy cannot be guaranteed, resulting in uneven product quality.
The production of precision punching machines results in significant waste and high production costs: the single punch production of punching machines requires the use of purchased sheet materials, which is much more expensive than the purchase cost of coil materials used in automated stamping production. Moreover, after each sheet material is stamped, there is a generation of corner materials and tailings, resulting in significant material waste and a significant increase in product manufacturing costs.
